About Me

My life's greatest challenges were in my first two decades- i spent the next two decades avoiding the pain and trauma and it was in the last two decades i dived deep within to discover the gems i live by.  At 63, i live in California in a large loving Dasanjh family and continue to work on enriching my Inner life.

I have a BA Honors in Philosophy and a Yoga Instructor training from Bihar School of Yoga and a 400 hrs TTC from Sivananda Peetham, Kerala (with Swami Govindananda).  Have studied Ayurveda with Dr David Frawley and many Yogasutra courses over the years.  I led a 20 week Yogasutra study group at Grace Yoga, Millbrae, CA

I wore many hats in hospitality, advertising, television and senior living while maintaining an inner life of mindfulness and meditation.  I have been a teacher and coach for 7 years and am now offering my life's legacy through Inner Yoga which i believe can transform us into Yogis beyond the mat.

I want to empower a large community of people to make a connection with their own inner core- a place of peace, power and radiance.  What I share is my lived wisdom that helped me sail through a wickedly tough childhood and self-discover Yoga's gifts which i believe the world needs urgently
